The SoloSpike Athlete Enhancement Program is designed for Clubs and Colleges. This program is a 16 week Biomechanic and speed, agility and strength program. SoloSpike will come and perform a player 3 hour video evaluation, attacking skill development protocol and final video analysis. The second day will include a coaches training on how to run the program and protocol. After the initial training, SoloSpike will leave 2 SoloSpike units and training equipment for the club or college to utilize for the 16 sessions or 4 months.
